We are excited you are interested in sharing your food, art, or displays at the 1st annual African Festival of Arts and Culture. Your participation is crucial to making this festival a success.

Those vendors who intend to sell food at the festival, must obtain a temporary food permit from Johnson County Public Health. Temporary Food Applications are available by contacting Johnson County Public Health at 319-356-6040 or by visiting their website at www.johnsoncountyiowa.gov.

Confirm Your Registration
Before being confirmed as a vendor, please fill out the vendor agreement form and pay your registration fee. Be sure to keep a copy of the completed form for your records.
We ask that vendors pay an upfront registration fee to sell at Africa Fest, but they keep all earnings made from sales.

Failure to provide documentation of your food permit and complete payment by September 16th will result in vendor participation being denied.
